Camp Take Hold (Cerebral Palsy) & Siblings, Friends & Allies

A fun, safe and supportive environment for children & teens with cerebral palsy and their siblings, friends & allies. Day Camp is for ages 5-12 and runs M-F 8am-5pm. Overnight Camp is for ages 7-18 and runs S-F afternoons.
